Why yoga?

Yoga means “Union” and/or “Connection”. Vinyasa means “to move your body in harmony and in connection with your breath”. The union between your breath, movement, thoughts and ultimately your true-self is Vinyasa Yoga.

Through the practice of Vinyasa Yoga you will work different postures and breathing exercises, all done while moving in harmony, slowly but intelligently. The sequences also known as “flows” will not only grant you a stronger and more flexible body, but they will also lead you to have a calmer mind, and the extra headspace required to deal with today’s fast changing world.
