Why Mobility?

The key between strength and flexibility is breath and mobility. Mobility Training will expand your ability to move freely without stress on the body. Our sessions use 50% Yoga inspired flows, and 50% mobility specific drills. All classes are taken to music designed to help you find your own speed/flow throughout the drills.

Morris always teaches with a smile! He has great knowledge in regards to Mobility Training and muscle function. He will let you know which muscles to use and you will feel them! Morris will for sure make your abs burn, whether you like chair pose or not you will be good at it.
